Great service and great food, all food for 3 adults and 4children came out hot and nothing wrong with anything. Would recommend mix grill & fish & chips. Kids spaghetti Bolognese was loved by the kids too.

We Travelled from Cardiff to meet our Friends at The Ivor Hael, When we arrived our friends who we were meeting hadn't arrived so the young lady behind the bar said we could sit where we wanted when our friends arrived we sat down and checked the menu and went up to the bar to place our order a nice young lady took our order she was very helpful and polite our food arrived quite quickly it looked amazing my wife and I really enjoyed the food it was very hot and plentiful, after our food we were unable to have a sweet because the main course filled us It was a well worth the Trip from Cardiff to this hotel for food and we will be going back there The young lady who served us made us very welcome and she was polite and friendly

Great place booked for a function for 43 people! and Trish (boss) fantastic! We need for nothing! The staff was fantastic great service Mandy! You was great thanks so much for for everything running around making sure we was all ok would recommend this place without a doubt.

We went too the Ivor heal for our sons birthday meal to have some 1 to 1 with Jayden, he has autism, and how amazing the staff where, they treated Jayden like a king, they tried soo hard communicating with him which made him feel so much more special and the women working was communicating with Jayden how we was useing our hands to communicate she was doing it with her hands and listening to what he was saying 💙 Thank you so much for making Jayden feel comfortable, he cannot wait to come back already 🤣 food was absolutely incredible too 💙😍
